The Applicant Photo Guide for Tanzania eVisa is worth checking before uploading your photograph. Tanzania’s official guidance requires a colour photograph with a plain background and a clear, front-facing view of the full face. Your eyes should be open and your expression should look natural, with no distracting shadows on the face or background. The photograph should not exceed 45mm by 35mm, and the digital file should be no larger than 500KB. The accepted image format is JPG or JPEG. Head coverings are generally not permitted unless worn for religious reasons, and facial features must remain clearly visible. Following these details can help prevent avoidable application problems.
